CultureWorks is thrilled to announce our Summer 2025 session! Thanks to our completely free model, we are seeing record-breaking interest, so we are sharing our schedule early to help everyone prepare for registration.

Registration Details

  • Registration Opens: Thursday, May 21 at 5:00 PM

  • Classes Begin: June 15

  • How to Register: Visit cultureworks.coursestorm.com or call 616-377-8466 for assistance.

  • Note: If a class is full, please join the waitlist! Schedules often shift, and we frequently move students into classes from the list.

Visual Art Workshops

Most classes run Monday–Thursday for one week (2 hours/day).

  • Middle School (Grades 6–8): Photography, Character Design, Drawing Club, Jewelry, Improv, and Film Production.

  • High School (Grades 8–12): Photography, Oil Painting, Character Design, Jewelry, Clothing Upcycling, Ceramics, and Open Studio.

  • Special Guest Workshop: Design Thinking for ages 14+ (or younger with an adult).

Music Lessons (Partnering with Harmony Scholars)

  • Strings (Grades 4–6): Violin and Viola with Lauren Garza.

  • Intermediate Strings (Grades 6–8): For students with at least 1 year of experience.

  • Guitar: Beginner lessons with Suzanne Dorman (more details coming soon!).

Calling all 5th Grade Grads! Students finishing 5th grade are eligible for all Middle School classes this summer. We can't wait to see you there!
